Annual Building Warrant of Fitness Inspections:
We conduct detailed annual inspections of your building’s specified systems to ensure compliance with the BWOF requirements. Our expertise covers the following critical systems:
- (ss4) Emergency Lighting Systems:
  We inspect and verify the operation of emergency lighting systems, ensuring that they meet safety standards and function as required to provide clear evacuation routes in case of an emergency. Our services include testing and certification of exit signs, emergency lighting, and power systems.
- (ss14/1) Emergency Power Systems:
  Inspection and certification of emergency power systems, including backup generators and power supplies designed to ensure continuity of operations in the event of a power failure. We ensure your emergency power systems are fully functional and compliant with relevant regulations.
- (ss14/2) Signage in Relation to Specified Systems:
  We check that all necessary signage for the specified systems, such as emergency lighting, emergency power systems, and fire safety measures, is properly installed and compliant with regulatory requirements. This includes clear and visible signs for safety and emergency procedures.

After conducting inspections, we provide detailed reports on the compliance status of each specified system. These reports serve as the basis for the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF), which we can help prepare and submit to the relevant local authorities to ensure your building remains compliant.
